We offer balloon sculptures, columns, arches, dance-floor canopies and centerpieces that create a magical and elegant setting of your dreams. Moore's Balloon Décor has been providing balloon décor for fourteen years in Philadelphia and Virginia. Moore's Balloon Décor is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Qualatex Balloon Network. Moore's Balloon Décor has also received existence training at Balloon University, Balloon Manor, Float and regional trainings in Maryland and Virginia. Stacy Moore earned her certification as a Balloon Artist in 2017. We have extensive experience working with reception halls, caterers, florists and event planners.
